EISM SENIOR WINTER SPORT WRAP UP

Much success was experienced at the EISM Winter Sport Grand Finals this year, especially for the Senior Teams. We had a record number of teams contest the finals, and I attribute this success to the dedication of the coaches and the students who worked hard during the seas. Many of the matches were extremely exciting and went right down to the last points of the last sets or minutes of the game. Congratulations to all the players and coaches of all the teams involved. The results were as follows:

Year 7s continue with their Term 3 EISM Sporting competition and sessions, while the Year 8 and 9s have a couple of week of alternate activities before preparations begin for the EISM Term 4 Spring Sport Competition.  

EISM CROSS COUNTRY PREPARATION

Cross Country preparation continues for the next two weeks so that the Huntingtower team is ready to contest the EISM Cross Country Carnival in just over two weeks time.  The train times are as follows:

Tuesdays - 29 August & 5 September

7.15 am start at the Gym

Thursdays - 31 August  &  7 September

HOSA SPORTS DAY‚Äč

Sunday 17 September brings the annual Sports Afternoon where our students take on the HT Graduates in a variety of Sports. Students have been notified if they have been selected to represent the School on this fun afternoon.  All students and families, present and past, are invited to come along and cheer on their friends. The afternoon commences at 12.15pm. See the game times on the advertisement in this Bulletin.
